AUSTIN, TEXAS – Country Singer Drew Fish threw a couple of steaks on the grill to celebrate his new single, “One Beer At A Time” as the highest weekly debut on Billboard’s Texas Regional Radio Charts this past week, entering the top 100 at #69. “One Beer At A Time seemed like the perfect song to send out to radio to get the summer kicked off,” Fish said. “After a year of things being a little crazy, I think everyone can appreciate a feel good song about enjoying the simple things in life.” Produced by Adam Odor with additional production by Jeff Silvey, “One Beer At A Time” was written by Fish and noted songwriter Roger Brown (George Strait, Barbra Streisand “We Must Be Loving Right”) and is included on Fish’s acclaimed release, Wishful Drinkin’ album. Wishful Drinkin’ was released last year and has yielded several chart topping hits, including the #1 hit “Every Damn Time” with Country Superstar Pam Tillis. “Better Place,” also on Wishful Drinkin,’ hit the top spot on the chart last year. “Fish stands out among Texas roadhouse-circuit regulars with music that leans more heavily toward traditional country than the more typical country-rock hybrids. He and his band can still kick up dust when it serves the song, but there’s plenty of old-school twang and swing here.” — Peter Blackstock “Country Music at its finest!” – Saving Country Music |
